Miss Abbie

I had the honor of photographing Miss Abbie who is 16 years old! What a sweet old lady. Of course, I was all ready with my squeeky toys and treats until her Mom told me she was deaf and did not like treats.... A lot of hand signals from her Mom and she did awesome! What a sweet little dog.

Happy 2010! A big thank you to all my clients, friends, family and everyone who was a part of Timeless Images this past year. As I watch my little "accidental" business grow, I am excited and anxious for the year to come. One of my main goals is to establish that long awaited studio in the basement.

As I looked back on 2009, so many things stood out. Probably the greatest gift was the ability to photograph our NICU babies and to give the gift portrait to families who otherwise may never have a formal portrait of their baby. So many families have touched me this year and it is an amazing feeling to be able to give them something so treasured. So many doggies this year, the Scottie picnic, and still no cats! PJ, Monty and Maggie were my super models in the dog world. The first birthdays were so much fun, as well as seeing the babies growing up. Getting Connor's baby album to his Dad on Christmas Eve night rounded the year out - what a great surprise for his Mommy!

It was difficult to choose my favorite images for the year. There were so many that moved me. I finally narrowed it down, although there are countless others I did not have room for. Now I know how everyone feels when they have to make a choice and order!

Enjoy the show, be sure your volume is on and thank you again for an awesome year!

Pomona High School Band

In the fall, I was fortunate enough to take the band portraits for Pomona High School in Arvada. I don't think I have set foot in a high school since I graduated - and being back in a band room? A definite walk down memory lane. Things are different than in my band days and I was impressed with the dedication and pride of this band. This was one of my favorite sessions of last year. A BIG thanks to Jean for all her help in organizing it all.
